In winter 10-20 hours. In training camps 20-35 hours. On season 15-25 hours.

Listening to my motivational tracks and visualizing my race!

Goals for 2010 and beyond?

Becoming a good solid Ironman Triathlete!

Other than the skiing are there any other sports that you take part in?

Cycling, running and swimming also keep me pretty busy!

Where is your favourite place to train?

Warm tropical weather! Its a shame that you can't ski in really hot conditions.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Chilling with friends, watching movies, reading.

Whats your most embarrassing sporting moment?

Loosing my speedos after a swim start in a pool race!

Interesting fact/skill you have that most people don’t know about:

Testimonial:

I always take a Surviva Jak when Im skiing and see it as an essential bit of kit. I take one with me when I’m cycling too and have used one before when I broke a chain, it kept me warm until I could get help, its brilliant.
